Bookworms
The purpose of this page is to promote a life long love of reading and writing. Each month we will endeavour to suggest a selection of books which will cover a variety of interests, genres and authors. Books will be recommended for each year group but remember this is only a guide. A lot depends on your child’s reading level and attitude to reading.
For reluctant readers it a good idea to find a book that’s part of a series, if they enjoy the first book they often want to read the next book. Children like to follow the journey of the characters,
